Born in international waters Irina has always been sailing, and when she's not sailing she's documenting life on land. The young Rhode Islander spent most of her education through correspondence while also sailing the high seas. They say Iri is fearless. Her Parents to some are well known in Europe as very talented fishermen off the coast of Poland.
With her Masters done she applied for her Ph.D. in film and theatre, her undergrad and masters being in Animal anatomy but her passions in the unseen granted her a partial scholarship to Miskatonic University. For two years she's been ducking in and out of the campus to the ocean working the docks like a real ship captain with a hidden agenda (for school). After finally settling her stuff in the sea she is into the town.
Irina is a common face at The campus, the docks, the gym, the lighthouse, the service station, the old Scuba shack (as a charter for them two years ago), and the Komrade. Though the short stout Captain can usually be seen running along the main drag after getting a phone call.
