Bart Olbers has been inducted into the Wailing Rock Police Department. He is an FTO (Field Training Officer), coaching new rookies and newer policemen and women. He is responsible for the Training & Education Program of the WRPD. Any new hired officers need to go through the courses in this Program. Bart assesses officers on a permanent basis. His other duties are to review case files and to assign cases to investigating officers and/or detectives.
