* Telekinesis (Activated with a simple phrase ('Movere'), Nieva can move things with her mind. To more accurately preform this power, she must channel her magic into the palm of either hand.) If her concentration is broken, she must say the magical phrase again.

* Teleportation (Activated with a simple phrase ('Navigatio'), Nieva can teleport to a different location. She can teleport with other persons if she has enough energy. If seen, a purple shimmer of light particles would replace her body before disappearing) This requires a lot of focus. If broken, it could fail and/or put her into a completely different location

EMPATH: Centuries ago, Rowena Denholm fell in love with the ghastly, evil warlock Maddox. His charm and charisma made him incredibly desirable. Years of romance insured, such a love most dreamt about. Rowena however, felt the temptations of another man. Maddox's brother, Kimone.

Kimone effortlessly swept her away in a trance-like state of lust. They couldn't hide their attraction to one another. Enraged, Maddox devilishly planned his revenge. His heartbreak was so severe, he felt numb. The betrayal of Rowena and Kimone left him in a daze.

In a fit of hysteria, Maddox killed Kimone and didn't look back. Devastated, Rowena felt lost. It wasn't enough for Maddox. He wanted her to feel every bit of pain and guilt she deserved. With such a thought, Maddox drained every ounce of his power into a hereditary blood curse. He cursed Rowena, and every Denholm woman after her with the burden of other's emotions and sometimes, even in rare cases physical pain. They would live their lives destined to the ongoing torture.

Nieva now suffers from the same blood curse. Throughout her life, she has learned to cope and control most of it. Around supernatural beings, it is easier to control. Humans; however, it is increasingly difficult. They are (in most cases) driven by pure emotion.
