Back Story
Trish was born into a single mother family in Queens, NY. She lived in a tough neighborhood and learned how to defend herself from physical attacks at a young age. She also developed her magical ability as well. She had been taught by her mother and grandmother who had a coven of her own. The magic in the females of her family ran deep. Trish was able to perform almost advanced level spells. She had a basic knowledge of potion-making. She was able to hide this from her friends very well.
When Trish was 14, she accidentally slipped up. She had been caught practicing magic outside by a "homeless man". She hoped he had been deliriously drunk and figured it was a figment of his imagination. The following week, she was kidnapped when she was on her way home from after school activities. Sector 7, was an organization that displaced and tested people who they believed to be supernaturals. Trish had been tortured and tested on for about a year.
The supernaturals in Sector 7 had been rescued by a group of supernaturals consisting of family members of the taken. Trish was taken home and found malnourished and severely injured. She needed a blood transfusion and had broken bones on several of her limbs. Scars littered her body all over from cuts, burn marks, and injections. Trish's mother took her to an old crone from her grandmother's coven. Trish had her powers bound, her memories altered and had her injuries covered. As far as Trish knew, she grew up completely normal, human. Her mother stopped practicing magic and she rarely saw her grandmother.
Trish turned 20 and without her knowing, the crone who performed the cleansing had passed away. When she passed her cleanse had started to fade. Trish started developing abilities slowly. First, she noticed that things started moving around her. She thought she was going crazy. She didn't tell anyone, not even her mother. Trish, she turned 21, she earned enough money to leave her home and try to find someplace else away from her mother. She felt she was protecting her mother by leaving.
She went from train to train until she stopped and found her way to Wailing Rock, Washington. Something told her this was going to be her new home. Her powers had definitely multiplied over the year. She had done enough research about witchcraft and basic Wicca. At first, she found a job with Nora in her Book Store. She met a few people here and there and learned how to focus her magic. They had a good occult section and she decided doing research would be best. She was not aware of other supernaturals, but just being around them was speeding up the "uncleansing". Trish started having nightmares of memories of her using magic. She had nightmares of being tortured by Sector 7. Right now she is barely able to eat or sleep because of what she is seeing in her dreams. The more she dreams, the more the healed scars from her past show up. They keep popping up without any explanation, all over her body. The more she dreamed, the stronger her magic became. She started writing down what she dreamed of in her journal.
